God has led us to adopt a financial policy that gives visible evidence to His worthiness of our trust. Seeking first His kingdom, we communicate what God is up to in our lives without appealing for funds and then trust Him to provide what He already knows we need.
Our financial policy centers on a simple reliance on God to provide everything we need. We aim to base financial decisions on God’s leading rather than fixed budgets and seemingly closed doors. (Matthew 6:33; Philippians 4:11-13,19 and Matthew
28:19,20) (Quote: wec-us.org “No Financial Appeals”)
We accept that obeying Jesus’ call to mission means following Him on a journey that includes sacrificing earthly treasures that don’t last to pursue ones that do. (Quote: wec-us.org Living Life Simply)
